“ACADEMIC BEHAVIOUR AND ACADEMIC FREEDOM” TRAINING FOR LECTURERS OF RA HIGHER EDUCATION INSTITUTIONS
The Institute of Public Policy (IPP) organizes a professional training course entitled “Academic Behaviour and Academic Freedom” for lecturers of RA Higher Education Institutions.
The training course is free.
Qualified specialists in the field of education and researchers will deliver lectures.
The lectures will be accompanied by practical and independent work.
The training will last from June 8 – June 22, every Saturday (12: 00-16: 00) in Yerevan.
Participants will graduate with certificates based on which Higher Education Institutions may allocate vocational training credits.

- autobiography (CV)
- motivation letter (max 1 page), describing the motives for participating in the training and the practical application of the acquired knowledge

INVITATION TO FREE TRAININGS ON CLOTHING MODELING, CROCHET AND CARPET MAKING
Tavush Tourism Research and Development Center, in collaboration with YSU Ijevan Branch, is pleased to invite young people aged 16-30 from Tavush region rural communities to take part in free trainings on clothing modeling, crochet and carpet making.
The training will last 2 months and 15 participants will be selected for the first semester.

FREE ONLINE ENGLISH COURSES
The US Embassy in Armenia together with Children of Armenia Charitable Fund (COAF) is pleased to invite young people aged 17-35 to attend free online English courses.
Owing to the financial support of the US Embassy, the participation in the training course is free, nevertheless the participants must have the necessary equipment and internet connection as well as take part in the face-to-face classroom lessons that will be held not far from their place of residence (location will be specified by the organizers).
At the end of the training, the participants will receive certificates.

A MEETING WITH THE REPRESENTATIVES OF GYUMRI INFORMATION TECHNOLOGIES CENTER TO BE HELD AT YSU IJEVAN BRANCH
On March 15th, 2019, at 15:00, a meeting with the representatives of Gyumri Information Technologies Center (GITC) will be held at YSU Ijevan Branch.
The meeting aims to present the details of the training courses to be implemented in Ijevan.
In collaboration with Tavush Regional Administration, Gyumri Information Technologies Center (GITC), together with YSU Ijevan Branch, is launching specialized technical training programs in Ijevan.
The training course covers:
Mobile programming / C, C ++, Swift, iOS, OOP Design Patterns:
Web programming / HTML / CSS, Core JS, jQuery, Node.js, MongoDB, Angular JS, React JS:
All groups are required to attend “English Language”, “Algorithmic Theory” and “Discrete Mathematics” training courses.
The monthly fee is 10,000 AMD.
After completing the training, the participants will have the opportunity to pass a two-month internship, strengthen their theoretical and practical knowledge, and get acquainted with the labor market.
The successful graduates will receive graduation certificates and will have an opportunity to collaborate with the best IT and Engineering professionals and companies.
The program is co-financed by the Fund for Armenian Relief.
