Dear Students, We would like to inform you on VivaStart Project that is planned to be launched on 1 st of November, 2018. The aim of this project is to cultivate the sales of the students and service skills, whilst giving the opportunity of not only salvaging important skills theoretically, but also at a practical level. During the project you will have the opportunity of implementing your knowledge in sales, interpersonal communication, as well as acquire new knowledge and skills in the spheres of telecommunications, customer service and modern technologies. The project will include 2-day classes, later on practice (at least with a half day involvement), with the opportunity of passing an internship in the service centers of Yerevan and in some regions until December 28, 2018. At the end of the project certificates will be given out and best students who have shown high performance results will be included in the company’s staff reserve – with the aim of occupying vacant positions later on. To become a member of this project it is necessary to have the following qualifications: 1. High progress, specialization in technical and natural sciences, knowledge of foreign languages; 2. Excellent communication skills; 3. Positive attitude/enthusiasm; 4. Ability to quickly perceive and present; 5. Maintenance of rules/ ethical norms. To be involved in the project it is necessary to present a CV/ autobiographical and motivational letter, in which should be stated why you wish to part-take in this project, what expectations you have and why we should select you. It is also necessary to state your residence address and preferred regions’ 2- 3 community, where you could part-take in our project. The student selection process will be implemented according to the requirements stated above. Students in their 3 rd and 4 th year of Bachelor, and 1st and 2 nd years of a Masters’ degree may apply to this project. The Central Bank of Armenia (CBA) announces a contest to allocate scholarship after Isahak Isahakyan to high-performing students of Departments of Economics, Mathematics and Mechanics of Yerevan State University, Armenian State University of Economics, “Master in Economics” program of American University of Armenia, Economic Department of Artsakh State University. High performing students of III, IV courses of Bachelor’s Degree and the 1st, 2nd and 3rd courses of Master’s degree can take part in the competition.     

To participate in the competition you must submit the following documents to the Department of Human Resource Management of Central Bank General Secretariat until October 12, 2018:

1. Application Form (posted on the Central Bank website: cba.am)
2. Reference on high advancement from higher education institution
3. Average grade point (starting from the first year of study);
4. Copy of diploma, diploma including grades (if any);
5. One color photo.

Students who apply for the competition must submit their analytical / research material (no more than 15-20 printed pages) before November 30.

The Title page, which is the first page of the work, includes the student’s name, surname, university, research / analytical work theme.

Content comprises all chapters and subchapters and their pages with order.

The introduction should serve two purposes. First, it should introduce the reader to the subject. Secondly, the issue, problem or thesis of research / analysis should be defined in the introduction.

In the main body, which is the major part of research, it is necessary to develop the thesis, with reasons, explanations, examples and facts, at the same time mentioning what research / analytical methods and / or tools were used by the researcher.

The results are summarized in the conclusion by giving an answer to the question or problem of research / analytical work.

The work is necessary to write on the A4 format page, the font size 12 points.

Plagiarism and the work performed by another person to turn in as your own work are prohibited.

Isahak Isahakyan Scholarship (50 000 AMD per month) will be awarded to the best students for a period of 6 months.
