In the article are also introduced the reasons which caused the war and the analysis of the ongoing diplomatic developments and their motivations. The author has paid much attention also to the process of military actions taken by the si­des, and to their elucidation , to the events developing behind the scenes in European courts, especially to the influence on process and results of the war.
